615 South College is a 372,000 SF Class A office tower located directly adjacent to the Stonewall light rail station in downtown Charlotte. The project marks the completion of a master-planned development which includes an 800 room Westin Convention Center Hotel, 120,000 SF of meeting space and 1,600 parking stalls. The office tower broke ground in August 2015 and was completed in Spring 2017. It was sold in June 2018.
