Last month, Sora, our luxury residential tower at Spring Quarter, won Outstanding Achievement award at the 2024 ACI Georgia Chapter Awards.
Located within the Spring Quarter mixed-use community, Sora is anchored by the historic H.M Patterson Home and Gardens, connecting 370 luxury units with lush gardens and incredible street-level retail and restaurants. The tower features top-of-the-line resident amenities, including fitness rooms, indoor and outdoor lounge spaces, co-working offices, and an outdoor pool and terrace.
