We’d like to congratulate our leasing partners, John Colglazer Jr. and Kyle Kennan of Partners Real Estate, for receiving a 2023 CoStar Impact Award for the “Lease of the Year for Austin.”
They were recognized for coordinating the lease of Portman’s 450,000-square-foot manufacturing facility at Longhorn Logistics Center to GAF Energy — a California-based solar roofing company.
