Portman and Rockpoint have successfully completed the forward sale of Covington Logistics Center in Covington, PA! Purchased by @Hines, the 36-acre industrial site is ideally located in one of the Northeast’s most active highway interchanges and features a fully leased 501,600-square-foot facility.
