
We’re thrilled to announce that Savona Mill, our transformative adaptive reuse and mixed-use community in Charlotte’s West End, has officially signed its first office tenant.
BGW CPA, a Charlotte-based accounting firm, has committed to a long-term lease for 14,000 square feet of creative office space within the historic mill building. This marks an exciting step forward in bringing new energy and business momentum to the West End while preserving the character and charm of this iconic structure.
Fronting the Cumberland River Greenway, Savona Mill is designed to be a hub for innovation, connection, and community. The revitalized development will offer:
- 180,000 square feet of office space
- 20,000 square feet of ground-floor retail
- Expansive outdoor gathering areas
- Access to the greenway and surrounding neighborhoods
Construction is currently underway on two speculative office suites—one at 3,500 square feet and another at 11,500 square feet—both slated for delivery early this summer. This lease is an exciting validation of our vision to create a vibrant, adaptive space that celebrates Charlotte’s industrial past while supporting its dynamic future.
