We’re excited to announce that PennePazze, a farm-to-table Italian dining concept, will open a new location at Starling, our 359-unit multifamily building in Germantown. In addition, PennePazze founder Rony Stark will debut GelatoPazzo, a new Italian ice cream concept, at Starling.
Opening late Summer 2025, the chef-driven Italian concepts join previously announced retailers Solidcore, Kyuramen, Toastique, Social Cantina and Retrograde Coffee at Starling. Facing First Horizon Park, the home of the Nashville Sounds, the restaurants will feature a patio space that fronts the Cumberland River Greenway.
