Alex Seiferth

As Development Associate, Alex assists in the financial analysis and execution of the firm’s investment opportunities within the United States. Prior to joining Portman, Alex worked as an Associate at Rialto Capital where he focused on acquisitions of a variety of asset types across the East Coast. Prior to Rialto, Alex worked as an Analyst on Bridge Investment Group’s Office team focusing on asset management and acquisitions. Alex began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he worked as a financial consultant for various F500 companies.

Alex received a BBA in Finance and Management Information Systems from the University of Georgia and is actively involved in NAIOP and Association of Young Real Estate Professionals where he serves as Treasurer.
