Andy Kroll

Andy Kroll has considered Atlanta his home for over three decades, having moved here as a college freshman. Prior to his tenure at Portman, Andy held various leadership positions within the commercial real estate sector. He spent nearly 18 years with SunTrust Bank and held senior roles with several Atlanta-based private real estate investment and management firms.

Andy holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech and earned his MBA from the University of Georgia. He also possesses a Georgia real estate license and actively contributes as a member of the Peachtree Corners Redevelopment Agency.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Andy shares his life with his wife, Carrie, and their two children, Oliver (18) and Amelia (15). They reside in Peachtree Corners, where they actively engage in their community and enjoy the vibrant lifestyle it offers.
