Maddie Davis
Development Associate
Maddie currently serves as a Development Associate. In this role, she is responsible for underwriting new development opportunities and assisting in the project management and project execution of the firm’s current developments.
Prior to joining Portman, Maddie worked as an Associate on JLL’s capital markets team. At JLL, she specialized in the disposition of southeastern office assets. Maddie received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Master’s in Business Administration from Samford University. She is an active member in Urban Land Institute, AYREP, NAIOP.
