Marc Brambrut

As part of Portman Residential, Marc takes on the pivotal role of managing and executing development activities across the nation. With a career spanning more than two decades, Marc brings extensive experience to the table. He has successfully overseen the development of over 11,000 apartment and condominium residences in various markets nationwide, with a combined value exceeding $4 billion.

Before joining Portman Residential, Marc served as the southeast regional development partner for Fairfield Residential. Prior to that, he held the position of Senior Vice President at Novare Group, where he made significant contributions to the company’s growth and success.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Marc is actively involved in industry organizations. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of both the Atlanta Apartment Association and the Atlanta chapter of the Urban Land Institute. His commitment to industry leadership further demonstrates his dedication to driving innovation and excellence in real estate development.
