Matt Ross

In his role as Construction Project Manager at Portman Residential, Matt oversees a range of responsibilities, including coordinating scheduling, budgeting, design management, and implementation of construction oversight. With over 20 years of experience in multifamily residential construction, Matt brings extensive expertise to his role.

Prior to joining Portman, he held positions such as Project Manager, Owner’s Representative, and Chief Estimator at ECI Construction, as well as Estimator and Project Engineer at Sierra Contracting. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from Southern Polytechnic State University.
