Mike Nelligan

Mike joins Portman Industrial as Vice President of Development for the Northeast Region, bringing thirty years of extensive industrial development and transaction experience. In his role, he oversees the sourcing and execution of developments across New England, Eastern Pennsylvania/New Jersey, and the Mid-Atlantic region.

Throughout his impressive career, Mike has built an extensive track record, completing over 300 development, acquisition, and leasing transactions across 35 states. His notable career includes impactful tenures with Trammell Crow Company, Duke Realty, JLL, and Exeter Property Group, where he honed his skills and achieved significant milestones.

Mike leverages his trusted broker relationships and adopts an “occupier perspective” approach to site selection and design, ensuring that he delivers tailored solutions that meet the needs of both occupiers and investors. His ability to understand and address the unique requirements of his clients sets him apart in the industry.

Mike earned his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. Outside of his professional achievements, he treasures quality time with his wife and daughters. He remains active through basketball, golf, biking, and swimming, reflecting his commitment to a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
