Park Brady

As a Development Associate at Portman Residential, Park plays a crucial role in all aspects of new deal sourcing, entitlement, acquisition, and development of mixed-use and multifamily properties in Texas and the Southwest.

Prior to his role at Portman, Park excelled at Regions Bank, where he began as an analyst and swiftly ascended to become the youngest Relationship Manager in the Real Estate Bank. His responsibilities included managing the loan origination and servicing processes for diverse real estate portfolios, encompassing affordable housing, REIT syndications, income-producing assets, and homebuilder
finance. During his tenure at Regions Bank, Park played a pivotal role in originating over $200 million in multifamily and industrial construction loans, while simultaneously managing an existing loan portfolio exceeding $600 million.

Park is an active member of The Real Estate Council “Young Guns” association. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of Georgia where he was also a member of the UGA Real Estate Society. Park holds an active real estate license in the State of Georgia.
