Peter Cronin

As Development Associate, Peter assists in the financial analysis and execution of the firm’s investment opportunities in the United States. Prior to joining Portman, Peter worked as an Associate on JLL’s Capital Markets team specializing in debt & equity placement. During his tenure at JLL, he helped arrange more than $1.2 billion of financing across all asset types. Peter began his career at Mandel Group as an acquisitions analyst where he was directly involved in the purchase of more than $350 million of real estate.

Peter received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of Mississippi. He is a member of NAIOP, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Friends Junior Committee, and a supporter of the Boy Scouts of America Atlanta Area Council.
