Russell Bormann
Russell currently serves as a Vice President of Development where his responsibilities include all areas of development, including land acquisition, entitlement, financings, construction, leasing, and dispositions in the Southwest.
Before joining Portman Holdings, Russell was a senior project manager at Patiently Group, sourcing and overseeing office and industrial developments within the rocky mountain regions, where he oversaw entitlements, due diligence, design, and construction. In addition, he also previously worked for Harvey-Cleary Builders overseeing group-up construction.
Russell earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from David Eccles School of Business, University of Utah. Russell is also a member of North Texas NAIOP, The Real Estate Council of Dallas and ULI Dallas-Fort Worth.
