Seth Peek

Prior to joining Portman Residential, Seth held the position of Development Associate at CIM Group, where he focused on entitlements, master planning, and pre-development for the Centennial Yards mixed-use project in downtown Atlanta. With a background as a civil engineer at Eberly & Associates, Seth brings over seven years of experience in project design and construction, spanning multi-family, mixed-use, office, and industrial projects in Atlanta and the surrounding metropolitan area.

Seth is a proud alumnus of Georgia Tech, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He is also an active member of the Urban Land Institute, further enhancing his industry knowledge and professional network. Seth’s diverse skill set and extensive experience in both development and engineering make him a valuable asset to the Portman Residential team as they continue to drive innovation and excellence in the real estate industry.
