Tammy Ruppel

Tammy became a valued member of the Portman team in 2015. In her current role, she assumes the critical responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and operations of the Portman commercial office portfolio. With over thirty years of experience in commercial property management, Tammy brings a wealth of expertise to her position. Throughout her career, she has successfully overseen the management of diverse properties, including historic properties, Class A through D properties, and even properties with dams and lakes.

Before joining Portman, Tammy served as Assistant Vice President at Colliers International, where she managed 17 properties across the Atlanta Metropolitan area. Prior to her tenure at Colliers, she held the role of Property Manager at Cousins Properties, where she honed her skills and gained valuable experience in the commercial real estate industry. Tammy’s extensive background and proven track record make her a trusted leader in her field, and she continues to drive excellence in property management at Portman.
