Travis Garland
Travis plays a pivotal role across all asset classes at Portman, contributing to the overall strategy, transactions, and development of both existing and new product types. He directly leads the team responsible for managing Portman’s U.S. office portfolio, overseeing new office project acquisitions, leasing, operations, and dispositions.
Since 2016, Travis has overseen transactions totaling over $4 billion in gross value, including leasing, capitalization of new projects, and dispositions. He is an active member of NAIOP and ULI and was a founding member of an Atlanta-based Executive Roundtable that promotes discussions on current industry issues and trends. Travis has been recognized by NAIOP as a “Top Producer” in 2014 and 2018, and the #2 Producer in 2016, 2020, and 2021. Additionally, he was named one of Real Estate Forum’s 40 Under 40 in 2014 and has been acknowledged as a Power Broker by CoStar from 2013 to 2021.
Travis holds a B.B.A. in real estate from the University of Georgia and is a licensed Broker in Georgia and North Carolina. He has been involved in commercial real estate since 2005.
