About 230
230 Peachtree is above the Peachtree Center MARTA transit station and fronts the main Peachtree Street corridor in Downtown Atlanta, with close proximity to the Americas Mart, Peachtree Center, and the Atlanta Streetcar route.
Designed and developed in 1965 by John Portman & Associates as an office building within the Peachtree Center mixed-use masterplan, 230 Peachtree is a 414,000 square feet, adaptive reuse project. In 2014, Portman Holdings purchased the building and converted it into a 290,000 square feet office space atop a 206-key Hotel Indigo.
