About Chapter Buildings

Chapter Buildings is a two-tower mixed-use office, life science and retail development in Seattle’s U District. Building I is 247,000 square feet of office space featuring large open floor plates, expansive views and the Brooklyn cut. Spaces boast tons of natural light, diversity in work environments, and a grand arrival. The building has a brick exterior with operable punch windows and curtain wall accent, a full gym, locker rooms, bike storage and service.

Located in Seattle’s innovation U District, the Chapter Buildings is an amenity, sustainability, and connectivity focused office development. The project is adjacent to the University of Washington ecosystem, Light Rail transit system and I-5. The ground floor focal point will be The Brooklyn Cut, a continuous greenspace corridor with gathering spaces and retail.
