About Moore Building
Named after Elvis Presley’s former guitarist Scotty Moore, the building is located on the previous site of Moore’s recording studio Music City Recorders, later known as Studio 19. Taking cues from the 1970s and the old studio, the interiors feature subtle music references and wood elements in a modern and refined workplace setting. The common area of the 8th floor sky lobby connects to an 11,000 SF amenity deck with views of Midtown and Vanderbilt University, offering outdoor space to spread out or gather. The activated retail on the ground floor includes an extended lobby with one of the city’s first porte-cochere environments.
The Class-AA building sits in the heart of Nashville’s most walkable neighborhood, just one block from the electric atmosphere of Division Street. Music Row, Vanderbilt University, and the Vanderbilt Medical Center all lie within a short stroll of the Moore Building. The new development additionally enjoys seamless access to surrounding neighborhoods and destinations at its location, just minutes from Downtown Nashville, The Gulch, Belmont University, 8th Avenue/12 South, Edge Hill, Green Hills, and West End.
