Construction began in 2014 and was completed in February 2016. The 13-story hotel features a combined 400-keys and 11,419 square feet of meeting space.
The first phase of Portman Holding’s BRIC mixed-use development, the dual-branded Springhill Suites and Residence Inn is located on downtown San Diego’s waterfront, at the intersection of Broadway and Pacific Hwy.
