About Truist Plaza
In collaboration with Truist Bank, Portman Holdings crafted this award-winning office tower, designed to accommodate 36 corner offices on each floor. It serves as the Atlanta headquarters for Truist Bank, alongside hosting several prominent corporate law firms and professional services firms.
The development debuted in 1992 and garnered the 2004 Office Building of the Year Award (TOBY) from the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). Plans are underway for a future expansion of office space within the complex.
