Portman has acquired 1.3 acres of land adjacent to our Junction Krog District project at one of the Atlanta BeltLine’s most-traveled road crossings! Plans for the new building could include up to 220,000 square feet of Class A office and 15,000 square feet of ground floor retail.
This new phase will complement the existing six-story office building currently under construction and build upon our commitment to creating mixed-use destinations that mend Atlanta’s urban fabric. With plans to incorporate activated retail and outdoor gathering spots, we aim to create a vibrant, design-forward space that’s an amenity for the whole community.
