The Moore Building is officially open for business!
Designed by Gresham Smith, the Moore Building is an amenity-rich, 16-story office building with ground-floor retail. Located in the heart of Nashville’s iconic Music Row, the state-of-the-art office tower features a sky lobby on the 8th floor, leading out to an 11,000-square-foot amenity deck that boasts sprawling views of Midtown and Vanderbilt University.
Legal advertising firm Whitehardt and @Albany Road Real Estate Partners will be among the building’s first office tenants, both of which are expected to move into the building in summer of 2023.
