Curated by NINE dot Arts, The Chapter Buildings will offer a robust art experience to the surrounding university, community and city. Located in Seattle’s Innovation U District, this two-tower mixed-use development is being developed by Portman and @Touchstone.
The art collection is composed of a dynamic mix of hand-painted exterior and interior murals, as well as a series of 2-D works with a focus on local talent. The pieces welcome guests and employees into the buildings and guide them through “The Brooklyn Cut” — a continuous greenspace corridor with gathering spaces and retail. Local artists include Overall Creative, Shogo Ota, Will Schlough and Jennifer Ament with Urban Artworks.
