Summerville Logistics Center Financing

Portman is proud to announce that alongside our partner CapitaLand Ascendas REIT, we have commenced the development of Summerville Logistics Center, a two-building industrial campus encompassing 549,000 square feet in Charleston.

Located along US-78 in Dorchester County, Summerville Logistics Center will provide institutional-quality logistics space in a growing distribution and logistics submarket of greater Charleston. The site will include two rear-load facilities with a shared truck court that will be constructed simultaneously. The first building is 313,000 square feet and the second is 236,000 square feet. Construction is expected to be completed in Q4 2025.
